Shipping & Returns

1. Products can only be returned within seven days if it has a manufacturers fault, no other returns will be accepted without our written consent.

2. Various manufacturers warranty periods apply, lamps and strobe tubes are excluded unless stated.

3. If a product is damaged on delivery, do not take receipt of the product and notify Theatretech Limited immediately.
